Forensic Audit of Rancho's Books

The Rancho San Rafael Community Association has been audited annually by an outside auditor; the report has always been mailed to each homeowner on a timely basis and is also available for viewing on this website.  As a result of the demands of Brian Song since late 2016 and Sharon Lew and Aeron Shin in October 2017 demanding that the Board investigate the Wilson Maintenance transactions, the Board approved hiring a forensic accountant at an initial expense of $15,000 to $20,000.
This is in addition to the three claims Brian Song has filed previously:
07/11/2016  Los Angeles County Consumer & Business Affairs, Case #DR16-07387, no action required
10/19/2016 Glendale Police Department, Financial Crimes Unit, Case DR 16-15902, case closed on 04/25/2017.  Detective Steve Kim: "I am respectfully advising all parties not to use the police department to leverage one's own position and to give the illusion of substantiating their own accusations by merely getting the police involved."
12/12/2016 Contractors State License Board, Complaint #SF2016-8429, Wilson fined $500 (paid), required to cease and desist contracting until obtaining a license (working on), NOT REQUIRED to disgorge payments.
